Dr. Gittelson assesses a child’s developmental milestones, reviews parental concerns, and outlines a treatment plan to support the entire family.

Dr. Gittelson performs a full diagnostic evaluation, including record review, test administration, school observation, and recommendations.

Dr. Gittelson personally executes therapeutic treatment plans, when indicated, via ongoing in-person sessions to resolve child and parent issues with daily coping skills. 

Dr. Gittelson offers a range of age-appropriate groups that help improve the social skills of children and teens, and increase generalization across all environments.

Dr. Gittelson organizes and runs educational workshops addressing common challenges parents face when raising a neurodiverse child.

Dr. Gittelson provides noninvasive PBM treatment using wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to stimulate healing and cellular function of the brain.

Dr. Gittelson uses quantitative EEG (qEEG) brain mapping to record and analyze brainwave activity, identifying areas of dysregulation and guiding individualized treatment protocols.

Dr. Gittelson provides neurofeedback therapy to help clients learn self-regulation by training the brain to achieve healthier, more balanced patterns of activity.
